Denise Herd founded Herd Strategies in 2011 after a career in a multitude of different industries: theatre, corporate training and public relations. Denise was inspired to make a leap into entrepreneurship after serving as a VP of Marketing.

After an initial business partnership, she bought out her partner and then launched Herd Strategies with a clear mission: to help organizations communicate effectively, and to connect with diverse audiences.
Today, Herd Strategies stands as a Black, female-owned agency working with a large variety of clients who want to expand their voice and elevate their brand.

Denise Herd, the visionary leader of Herd Strategies, has successfully created an integrated marketing and communications company with a proven track record in branding, marketing, public relations, creative design and communications training.

Account Executive, Herd Strategies
Kierra Santillan is our determined and dedicated PR specialist with a passion for community development and growth. She was born and raised in Indiana and enjoys spending her free time with her fur babies and her wonderful husband, Gage.
