In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our theme for October is #CheckYourself. We hope to amplify the voices of survivors, share resources in our community and highlight the importance of monitoring breast health. This week, we are featuring Freedom Kolb, a servant leader, community organizer and champion of women, children and families and equity and inclusion in Central Indiana.

It is World Teachers' Day, and we at Herd Strategies are honoring teachers domestically and abroad. Teachers have impacted all our lives in ways beyond measure. Remember, if you can read this: thank a teacher.

For our final #InfoIsPower feature, the Herd wanted to showcase an institution that has expanded Indiana’s global involvement by educating future leaders. Providing multilingual, immersive learning opportunities for Pre-K through Grade 12 students, the International School of Indiana (ISI) is making a lasting worldwide impact.
