March’s Letter From Denise
I have a confession: I finally watched the Barbie movie from beginning to end. I started the film multiple times, stopping so often that I lost count. I constantly changed the channel around the scene where Ken has an epiphany about the role of men after leaving Barbie World to visit the real world. There's something so cringe-worthy about watching him absorb a diabolical amount of testosterone that l couldn't get through the rest of the film.

Well, hello there! We are back.
At the team’s encouragement, Herd Strategies decided to take a few weeks off from social media to recharge and refresh, and boy, am I glad we did.

For many younger Latinx individuals, especially in the U.S., cultural identity can be a complex and sometimes isolating experience. A significant number of them, myself included, grow up speaking primarily English due to societal pressures, educational environments, or family choices. This linguistic shift can come at a cost.
