Mayβs Letter From Denise
Well, hello there. Itβs Mayβ can you believe it? We are five months into 2025, and spring is here. Flowers are blooming, weβve rolled back our clocks, and plans for long weekends and vacation getaways are underway. But while spring presents a time of renewal for some, for others, it shines a light on the struggles we may have been carrying but were able to hide during the winter, when the cold weather kept us indoors.
Aprilβs Letter From Denise
I am sitting at my desk trying to gather my thoughts for the monthly newsletter, and all I can think about is my never-ending to-do list and how tired I am right now. Iβm so exhausted that my eyes are starting to burn. That kind of tired that if I were a two-year-old, Iβd have to suck it up and take the spanking that would be the outcome of my falling out in a tantrum in the living room. That tiredness brings on stress-induced ailments, over-eating, and other violations that we know are not in our best interest.
Marchβs Letter From Denise
I have a confession: I finally watched the Barbie movie from beginning to end. I started the film multiple times, stopping so often that I lost count. I constantly changed the channel around the scene where Ken has an epiphany about the role of men after leaving Barbie World to visit the real world. There's something so cringe-worthy about watching him absorb a diabolical amount of testosterone that l couldn't get through the rest of the film.
