A Year of Growth, Love, and Life Lessons
As we close out 2025 and head into the new year, I’ve been spending some time reflecting on goals, life changes, gains and even losses I experienced. Let’s face it, as the kids say, “life be lifeing” but sometimes I wish things wouldn’t life so hard. You know what I mean?
A Time to Reflect, A Call to Act
I cannot believe it’s November and we’re just a few short weeks away from 2026! I know we all say this around this time of year but seriously … where did the time go? It seems like only yesterday we were doing a high kick and a hat tip ringing in 2025, and in a blink of an eye, we’re 11 months in with one to go. Whew.
The Reality of Aging: Supporting the Ones Who Raised Us
Since I tend not to share my life openly on social media, many of you might not know that my mother passed away last summer. She lived a full life, so when we accepted that it was, as some say, “God calling her home,” we said our goodbyes, and she left us. That didn’t make it any easier, though.
