Doneisha Posey has built her career at the intersection of law, leadership and organizational change. As Founder and CEO of Ascentra Strategies, she helps businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions and government agencies strengthen their operations while addressing the barriers that can limit access, opportunity and long-term growth.

An award-winning civil rights attorney and law professor, Doneisha brings a legal and strategic lens to every engagement. Through strategic planning, organizational development, compliance assessments and executive advising, she helps leaders turn their values into practical systems, measurable goals and sustainable action. Her work recognizes that strong organizations are not built through statements alone, but through the policies, decisions and structures that shape how people experience them.

Doneisha's commitment to developing stronger leaders also extends into the classroom and the community. She teaches at the Indiana University Robert H.
